Aileen was born and raised in Miami, FL and movement has always been part of who she is, on and off the mat. She grew up as an athlete and played sports competitively up until college. 

 

Before Pilates, she spent nearly a decade in the music industry, most of it at Sony Music Entertainment, where she rose from Marketing Intern to Senior Manager of Audience Development. Aileen built digital marketing strategies, ran social campaigns, and grew online communities for a roster of recording artists. This experience taught her how to connect with an audience, build a brand people trust, and turn engagement into real, measurable growth. She also holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations.

Aileen discovered Pilates in the middle of her career at Sony Music... and it stuck. After years of practicing Pilates, she left the corporate world to become a Pilates instructor. She led digital marketing and community relations at a local Miami studio while training for her NCPT certification. After five years of teaching, she opened her own private studio. She is also currently the Marketing Manager at a well-known Pilates business.

This dual background is what shapes everything Aileen has to offer.

 

In private sessions, she brings the same attention to detail and individualized approach that comes from years of teaching. Every session is designed around your body, your goals, and your pace.
